Physioderm presents the results of the customer satisfaction study
Last year, the promit market research institute in Dortmund performed a customer satisfaction study for Physioderm.
300 persons, 150 of whom were Physioderm customers and 150 of whom were not, were interviewed by telephone. The primary target group were safety representatives and company doctors, but the interviewees also included purchasing executives, CEOs and other persons in different areas of activity.
